Yangjiang Feng Hua Douchi Factory was established in 2010. It is located in Beiping Avenue, Beiduo Town, Yangdong District, Yangjiang City.

The Yangjiang Douchi (preserved black bean) with Ginger, which is one of the famous“Yangjiang Intangible Heritage”, are made by combining traditional fermentation techniques with modern equipment.

Yangjiang Preserved Black Bean with Ginger won the title of Guangdong Famous Branded Product in 2015, and Yangjiang Preserved Black Bean won the title of Guangdong Famous Brand Product in 2016. In 2017, it won the provincial intangible cultural heritage list, “Douchi Brewing Technique (Yangjiang Soybean Brewing Technique)”.
